2. Reporting infringement (takedown notice)

If you believe content available through the Service infringes a copyright you own or control, send our Designated Agent a written notice that includes all of the following (as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it (e.g., the product URL or order reference).
  4. Your contact information — name, address, telephone number, and email.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

We will act on properly submitted notices, which generally means removing or disabling access to the material and notifying the user who supplied it.

3. Counter-notification

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send our Designated Agent a counter-notification that includes (17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3)):

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district where you are located (or, if outside the U.S., the district where Algorabia LLC may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the notice.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.

4. Repeat-infringer policy

In appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, we will cancel orders and terminate access for users who are repeat infringers of intellectual-property rights.

5. Misrepresentation

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. Please do not make false claims.
