Returns & Refunds Policy

EluNoire is a store operated by Algorabia LLC (Wyoming, United States). Every item is custom-printed on demand for a single customer, so we cannot restock or resell it. For that reason we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We do, however, stand fully behind every order: if an item arrives faulty, or if it never arrives, we will make it right.

1. No returns or exchanges for change of mind

Because each product is personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds simply because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong option, or no longer want the item. In the EU and UK, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalized, and EluNoire's products fall into that category.

This does not affect your rights when an item is faulty or is not delivered. See the sections below.

2. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered (for example, the wrong design, size, or color, or a printing fault), we will provide a replacement or a full refund.

To qualify, contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos showing the issue (see section 4). Once we have verified the problem, we will reprint and reship the item or refund it. Whether we replace or refund is decided case by case, and we will agree the outcome with you.

3. Orders that are not delivered, lost, or significantly delayed

If your order does not arrive, contact us first so we can investigate before any refund is issued. We will check the tracking and, where needed, open a claim with the carrier. We do not issue refunds automatically.

Please contact us if:

  • Your tracking has not updated, or the order has not arrived, within 21 business days of shipment for US (domestic) orders, or 45 business days of shipment for international orders; or
  • Tracking shows a delivery problem (for example, "returned to sender" or stuck in transit).

If we confirm that the order was not delivered and cannot be recovered, we will issue a 100% refund of the amount you paid, or reship the order at no cost to you, whichever you prefer. Note that orders refused, abandoned, or returned because of unpaid customs duties or an incorrect address you provided are handled under our Shipping Policy and may not qualify for a full refund.

4. How to request a refund or replacement

We do not process automatic refunds. For any claim, email [email protected] with:

  • Your order number.
  • A short description of the problem.
  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items: photos of the item, including a close-up of the affected area and a wider shot for context.

We aim to reply within two business days. We may ask for additional information to verify the issue before approving a replacement or refund.

5. Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. After we process a refund, the funds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges are refunded only where the entire order is faulty or undelivered.

6. Order cancellations

You can cancel an order before production begins, typically within the first couple of hours after checkout. To cancel, email [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible. Once production has started we can no longer cancel, change, or refund the order except under sections 2 and 3 above.

7. Size and fit

Each product page links to a sizing chart. Because items are made to order, an item that fits differently than you hoped is not considered a fault, and we cannot offer size-swap exchanges. Please check the sizing chart before ordering. If the size is off, we suggest gifting or donating the unworn item.

8. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits the consumer rights you may have under the law of your country or state that cannot be waived, including remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods (for example under applicable US state law, the EU consumer protection rules, or the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015). Where such rights apply, they are in addition to the remedies described above.
