Shipping Policy

EluNoire is a store operated by Algorabia LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (United States). Every item is printed to order by our third-party print and fulfilment partners and shipped directly to you. This page explains where we ship, how long it takes, what it costs, and how taxes and duties are handled.
1. Where we ship
We currently accept orders shipping to the following destinations:
- United States (domestic)
- Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, and France (international)
If your country is not listed, you will not be able to enter a shipping address for it at checkout. We add destinations over time, so a country may become available later.
2. Production time
Because each item is made to order, orders go through production before they ship. Most items are produced within 2 to 5 business days after your order is placed. Production time is separate from, and additional to, the delivery estimates below.
3. Delivery estimates
Estimated delivery times after production are:

These are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery can be affected by the destination, carrier performance, customs processing, peak seasons, holidays, and events outside our control. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
4. Shipping costs and taxes
Shipping is charged at a flat rate based on whether your destination is domestic (US) or international. The exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Product prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of tax. Where we are required to collect sales tax, VAT, or similar taxes, the applicable amount is calculated automatically and added at checkout, and shown to you before payment.
5. Customs, import duties, and import VAT
For international orders, your shipment may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or import VAT charged by the destination country when the package arrives. These charges are set by your local authorities, are separate from the amounts paid at checkout, and are the responsibility of the recipient. EluNoire and Algorabia LLC have no visibility into or control over these charges, and we cannot refund an order that is refused or abandoned because of them.
6. Tracking
We email a tracking number to the address on your order as soon as your order ships. You can follow the package through the carrier's website or the link in the email. If you do not receive tracking within a reasonable time after the production window, check your spam folder and then contact us.
7. Address changes
We can change a shipping address only before production begins. If you notice a typo, email [email protected] as quickly as possible with your order number and the corrected address. Once production has started we cannot reroute an order, and you are responsible for the cost of any reshipment caused by an incorrect or incomplete address you provided.
8. Failed delivery and return to sender
If a package is returned to our fulfilment partner as undeliverable (for example, a wrong or incomplete address, an unclaimed parcel, or a refused delivery), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping costs are the recipient's responsibility. If the package cannot be reshipped, we will refund the price of the item(s), minus the original and any return shipping costs.
9. Lost or delayed shipments
If your tracking has not updated or your order has not arrived within the windows in our Returns Policy, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier. Confirmed lost shipments are replaced or refunded at no cost to you. See the Returns Policy for the specific timeframes.
